The core of our training concept is a holistic approach coupled with personal mentoring: raining takes place in groups of maximum ten and is supervised by trained and experienced coaches. The coach is present at all times, offering assistance in accomplishing exercises and if required video analysing their implementation.
Our goal is to stabilize and sustainably strengthen the musculoskeletal system, which we ensure with systematically structured training. All units are based on natural motion sequences combining exercises from Olympic weight lifting, kettlebell training, gymnastics and functional training (like Sayle Seil slings and coordination systems by SNTL).
In order to intensify the training for the entire musculoskeletal system and to improve physical awareness we train mostly barefoot.
The courses are comprised of athleticism training and method training. The athleticism sessions are based on the rotation principle and include the interaction of flexibility and the following proficiencies: quickness, reactivity and muscular endurance. The main focus of the method training sessions on the one hand lays on the motion sequence and technique of individual exercises, which are studied thoroughly. On the other hand it lies on the individual physical capacity (e.g. maximum strength), which is trained specifically. Both of these aspects are in turn required for athleticism training. Each course takes approx. 60 minutes.
Additionally, we also offer yoga classes, the style of which is based on various Hatha yoga styles. The Individual Asanas positions are taken up statically and then brought into a dynamic flow together with your breathing. Hereby we always focus on schooling your perception of body and mind and on relaxation phases. Currently the courses are available once a week, they take 90 minutes and can be selected individually or as addition to athleticism and method training.
